1. Introduction
Welcome to Helping Hands for Hire (H3), a service dedicated to offering professional caregiving services for children, the elderly, and individuals with special needs. By utilizing our services, you ("Client") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you should not proceed with using our services.

2. Service Agreement
H3 provides professional caregivers to assist clients with various caregiving needs. The Client agrees to engage H3 caregivers according to the terms outlined in this agreement. Caregivers may provide services such as companionship, mobility assistance, personal hygiene support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other caregiving-related duties agreed upon between the Client and H3.

3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to Provide a safe and respectful working environment for the caregiver. Treat caregivers with dignity, free from harassment, abuse, or discrimination. Adhere to all agreed-upon schedules and payment terms. Provide sufficient notice in case of any changes in service requirements. Ensure caregivers have access to necessary tools or supplies to perform their duties efficiently. Take responsibility for the well-being of live-in caregivers, including ensuring they receive proper medical attention if they fall ill and providing necessary care during their period of sickness. Provide meals or make adequate meal arrangements for live-in caregivers.

4. Caregiver Working Hours and Off Days
Caregivers are entitled to a standard work schedule, which will be agreed upon between H3 and the Client.Caregivers are entitled to one (1) off day per week. If a Client requires the caregiver to work on their scheduled day off, the Client must make additional payments as stipulated in the pricing policy.If a caregiver is required to work beyond agreed hours, overtime payments will apply.

5. Payment Terms
Clients must make payments in accordance with the selected service plan (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly).Payments must be made in full before the commencement of services. Additional charges apply for extended hours, work during off days, and any extra service requests outside the agreed scope. Clients must ensure timely payments to avoid service disruptions.All payments are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.

6. Replacement and Termination of Service
H3 reserves the right to replace a caregiver if necessary, based on service performance, client requests, or unforeseen circumstances.Clients must provide at least 7 days' notice for termination of services unless in cases of emergency.If a caregiver exhibits misconduct or fails to perform duties satisfactorily, the Client must report the issue to H3 immediately for appropriate action.Clients are strictly prohibited from hiring caregivers directly without H3’s consent.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy
H3 values the privacy of its clients and caregivers and will not disclose any personal information without consent.Caregivers are bound by confidentiality agreements and will not disclose sensitive information about the Client or their household.

8. Liability Disclaimer
H3 will take all necessary measures to ensure that caregivers are professional, trained, and verified. However, H3 is not responsible for damages, theft, or any liabilities arising from the Client’s engagement with a caregiver. Clients are encouraged to supervise caregivers as necessary to ensure compatibility with their caregiving needs.

9. Force Majeure:
H3 shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or caregiver unavailability due to emergencies.

10. Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings within the appropriate jurisdiction.

11. Amendments and Updates:
H3 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect.

12. Agreement Acceptance:
By utilizing the services of H3, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement
