1. Introduction
Welcome to Helping Hands for Hire (H3). By registering as a caregiver on our platform, you ("Caregiver") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you should not proceed with registration.

2. Caregiver Agreement
H3 connects professional caregivers with clients seeking caregiving services. As a caregiver, you agree to provide services according to the terms outlined in this agreement and any specific client agreements. Services may include companionship, mobility assistance, personal hygiene support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other caregiving-related duties.

3. Caregiver Responsibilities
As a caregiver, you agree to: Provide safe, compassionate, and professional care to clients. Treat clients with dignity and respect, free from discrimination or harassment. Adhere to all agreed-upon schedules and fulfill your duties responsibly. Provide sufficient notice (as specified in this agreement) for any schedule changes or termination. Maintain client confidentiality and privacy at all times. Report any concerns about client safety or well-being to H3 immediately. Accurately document and report hours worked.

4. Working Hours and Compensation
Caregivers are entitled to a standard work schedule as agreed upon with H3 and the client. Caregivers are entitled to one (1) off day per week. If you are required to work on your scheduled day off or beyond agreed hours, additional compensation will apply as stipulated in our payment policy.

5. Payment Terms
Caregivers will receive compensation in accordance with the agreed service arrangement. Payments will be processed according to our standard payment schedule. All compensation is subject to applicable tax withholdings and reporting requirements. You are responsible for reporting your income to relevant tax authorities.

6. Background Checks and Verification
You authorize H3 to conduct background checks, verify credentials, and confirm work history. You agree to provide accurate information and documentation for these purposes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate termination from our platform.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy
You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, including personal details, medical conditions, and family circumstances. You will not disclose any sensitive information obtained during your caregiving duties to any third party without explicit consent from the client and H3.

8. Independent Contractor Status
You acknowledge that as a caregiver using our platform, you are an independent contractor and not an employee of H3. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and other business expenses unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

9. Liability and Insurance
While H3 takes measures to verify clients and facilitate safe engagements, you acknowledge that H3 is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or liabilities that may occur during your provision of services. You are encouraged to obtain appropriate liability insurance for your protection.

10. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this agreement with appropriate notice as specified in our policies. H3 reserves the right to remove caregivers from the platform for violations of this agreement, misconduct, or failure to perform duties satisfactorily.

11. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings within the appropriate jurisdiction.

12. Amendments and Updates
H3 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Caregivers will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect.

13. Agreement Acceptance
By completing the registration process and clicking "I Agree", you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
